Your Planner & Designer

Hello! My name is Megan and I am your planner! I am a SOLO planner, so I don’t come with a whole team. It is just me, a rolling tool box and a whole lot of excitement about your day. I will do whatever I can to make sure your day is perfect!

Send us your wedding day info! As much info as possible!

After Submitting Contact Form:

We schedule a zoom to “get to know the couple”. This is where you tell us your dreams of your big day and see if we are a good fit! We want to make sure you feel our services fit your needs!

Once we meet, we will send you a contract to sign and make your deposit.

We Booked! WOOHOO!! What’s next?

We will send you access to your google drive or honeybook portal. This is where all your notes, documents, and information will live!

We will check in on any needs we have discussed. We will continue to check in periodically depending on the package you have chosen!

  • Once we are about a month out, we will have a zoom to get into the timeline!

    Once you have reviewed and approved the timeline, we will send your day of timeline to all of your vendors. You will be included in this email and can see all notes and questions vendors have!

    REMINDER- this is YOUR day! We will build the timeline around your wants and needs. This timeline will not have any changes made unless approved by you first.

  • You have access to Til Death Do Us Part for up to 1 hour rehearsal if you choose to.

    During rehearsal, we will run through what ceremony will look like.

    This is where we will make sure your ceremony is exactly what you want it to be!

  • WOOHOO! IT’S THE BIG DAY!

    We will attend during our discussed time noted on our timeline. We check in with you BEFORE we get into any of the day of things.

    Once we get there, we will get into set up discussed. This could include your ceremony site set up, table scapes, flowers/florals, etc. We will have noted the things you’d like us to work on during our 1 month check in.

    We will keep your timeline for the day: Ceremony, Introductions, Dinner, Cake, Speeches, First Dances, and PARTY!!

  • CONGRATS!

    We are so happy to have been part of your day!

    After your big day, we will upload any photos we took of your day.

    We will tag you on instagram (so follow us)!
